At the back of the taverna, there is a lagoon-style swimming pool with a Pool Bar with plenty of sunbeds, surrounded by mature trees and an extensive grassy lawn for the kids to play.
The shaded tables are very inviting to relax and enjoy an ice-cold drink, milkshakes, hot drinks and tasty snacks such as Sushi, fresh fish and traditional grills.
Lazy Lemon is a great place to hold celebrations and special events with regular and delicious buffets.
The specialty is Fish Meze, a seasonal selection of seafood dishes cooked to perfection and served slowly to enjoy at your own pace. Alternatively, you can create your own Meze or choose an individual fish from the fresh fridges, selecting how it should be cooked. Fresh favorites include Kourkounes, Grouper, Red Mullet, Lavraki, Gopa, Calamari, Cuttlefish, Prawns, Mussels, Oysters, Crab, and occasionally, Blue Fin Tuna caught by friends of the family. For a special treat, try the highly recommended oven-baked Sea Bass in Salt Crust.
There is also a full menu of traditional Cypriot and International dishes, with family recipes passed down and perfected over the years – Kleftiko, which falls off the bone, Moussaka, and authentic grills. In addition, there is a tasty children’s menu and a Take-Away and Delivery service. Karas is also a fantastic venue to host a private party or wedding reception at the highest level.
